The villa is situated in a great yet peaceful location in between the beaches of Pernera and Fig Tree Bay which are approx 15 minutes walk away. There are numerous smaller bays along the coastal front such as Cape Grecko, and the main resort of Protaras with its famous and beautiful fig tree bay and the many bars and tavernas. The town of Paralimni is 5 mins drive away with its array of shops ,bars, tavernas and its lovely central church area. Ayia Napa with its great beaches and one of Europe's largest water parks is approx 15 min drive. There is a regular bus service to all these destinations just 100m away. There is a local taverna approx 200 metres from the villa serving excellent cypriot cuisine, so everything is easily accessible.
