Villa Pheakon

This beautiful villa comprises of Large open plan lounge and dining area consisting of one 3 seater leather sofa and one 2 seater leather sofa. It also includes flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite TV. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people. Large patio doors lead onto patio. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all modern amenities as electric oven, hob, cooker hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster and kettle etc. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with large fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets with table lamps. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with large fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet with table lamp. There are air conditioning units and ceiling fans in both bedroom and they both have magnificent sea views. En-suite to bedroom 1 has vanity unit/basin, toilet and walk in shower and family bathroom 2 has vanity unit/basin, toilet and walk in shower. Towels (including beach towels) and linen are provided. The property is cleaned before and after each rental and after each week of stay for rentals of 2 or more weeks. Upon your arrival, you will receive a complimentary welcome pack. At the front of the Villa is a quite patio area with a 2 seater swing, an ideal area in which to relax. At the back of the Villa there is a large patio area with a outside table, seating for 6 people and BBQ. There is a large terraced area around the private pool 8 x 4 metres, with 4 sunloungers, make it an ideal place to sunbathe. The terraces offer a high degree of privacy and sea views. The patio door in the master bedroom leads onto the front balcony, complete with bisto table and 2 chairs. There is a parking area for 1 car.

Pissouri is spilt with the Bay area with it's 2km blue flag beach and Pissouri village in the hillsde complete with its own ampitheatre. During the summer months you will find a Greek night is held with traditional Greek dancing at the Vineleaf in the bay and also in the village square. The beautiful village of Pissouri which has retained a Cypriot atmosphere, is abot a five minute drive from the beach. Set on a hill commanding stunning 360-degree views. The quaint Greek Village comprising of a cluster of tranquil stone buildings. There are many small personal tavernas, a few shops, and a church. The local people are friendly and helpful. At night, there is a relaxed and calm atmosphere, away from crowds and nightclubs.
