This two bedroom beach destination villa has open plan living area that has been tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern amenities as TV, DVD, Satellite TV. The adjacent kitchen dining area is spacious to be enjoyable place for socialising and also equipped with all appliances to cater for any culinary requirements. For your convenience you will also find washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area comfortably sits 6 people. There is also a downstairs guest’s cloakroom. There are two good size bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large fitted wardrobes. They also share a well fitted family bathroom with bath, shower and w/c. Outside you have the use of a large private pool to cool down or lay down on the sun loungers to fully enjoy the warmth of the summer sun. There is also a shaded sitting dining area with barbecue if you decided to dine Al Fresco. Towels and Linen are included. The property and the linen are cleaned once a week prior to new letting. Additional cleaning can be provided locally at an extra cost. This is truly beautiful property that provides all to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The villa is located 5 minute walk to Golden Coast beach and harbour. Fig Tree Bay, Protaras is a 5 minute drive along the coast. Ayia Napa and Cape Greco are a 15 minute drive along the coast. Paralimni is a 10 minute drive inland. Perneras' "Water Park" is a 15 minute walk. Ayia Napas' "Water Park" a 25 minute drive. Famagusta, a 20 minute drive. There is a tennis court on the complex with a children's play section and picnic area too. Water sports are also available at the nearby Golden Coast Beach.
