Villa La Salette

The entry level comprises of the master double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of which have large patio doors leading onto the extensive shared balcony, furnished with a table and chairs and overlooking the pool area . A separate full family bathroom is also located on this level. Stairs lead to the ground floor where the open plan living/dining/kitchen area is found. The living area features a corner sofa, television, DVD player and stereo system. Furthermore the owner has thoughtfully provided a small DVD and book library, a pack of cards, game of dominoes, jigsaws etc for guests entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 4. A further twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room is also located on this level. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating and all glass doors and windows are fitted with tinted glass that darkens according to the glare of the sun, thereby further assisting to keep the rooms cool. A safety deposit box is provided. Both the living area and bedroom have patio doors leading directly onto the pool terrace that surrounds the private 8m x 4m swimming pool. The surrounding sunbathing terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs and a BBQ. There are mature landscaped gardens around the villa. The villa also has private parking.

Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort is approximately 400 metres away and features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach approximately 1 kilometre from the villa. This sandy horseshoe shaped bay is honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools. For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and dine at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or you can head to the hillside village of Peyia, located just a few kilometres inland from Coral Bay to sample a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
