Villa is located in a beautiful area in Kokkines, Ayia Napa. It is about 170 square meters and it has easy access to the beach and Ayia Napa Square. The double door entrance will lead you to a modern and tastefully decorated lounge area. The lounge will also make room for extra guests as it has a sofa bed. There is an open plan dining and contemporary kitchen which has been thoughtfully designed with an island in the middle housing an electric hob. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential facilities. From the kitchen there are patio doors which lead to the garden area. The garden is paved and finished with artificial turf. Outside there is a communal pool which is shared with 2 other neighboring villas which are also available for rent.Swimming pool dimensions: 10x5m, 1.60m max depth. Sunbeds and umbrellas, barbecue, garden with grass. Around the pool there are sun-beds and a parasol. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms both have double beds. Both the living area and the bedrooms have air-conditioning. We have 3 villas available in this complex all sharing same facilities.

Holiday Villa is a superb 3 bedroom villa situated in the residential area of Kokkines just on the outskirts of the resort of Ayia Napa. It is built on the top of a hill, at Kokkines area, where are also built many luxurious villas. Villa is located in a quiet area, which is only 5 minutes away from the beach and Ayia Napa's square (driving).
