Yassas! WELCOME you to our charming stone villa in the exclusive area of Coral Bay.There is a patio table by the pool and should you have no desire to leave the waterside - the built in barbecue can be sizzling with local sheftalia and souvla in no time at all! The outdoor space is wonderful part of the villa and everyone will find their own favourite corner where they can enjoy moments of peace and quiet! nside, the villa is light and airy with white walls and beautiful cool, Italian tiles which flow effortlessly from each room. On the ground floor theres a large Dining Kitchen, a Lounge, a Double Bedroom and a full Bathroom. The kitchen has beautiful granite work surfaces and is equipped with everything you could need. There are plenty of light cream units, a double granite sink and unusual green granite worksurfaces. It has modern appliances including a tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, an electric fan assisted oven and ceramic hob, waffle maker, blender, popcorn maker, Panini maker and a variety of high quality designer pots and pans to make your cooking experience an event! Directly outside the Kitchen you will find a large barbecue area with a souvlaki machine (instructions come with this!), there is also an outdoor sink for your convenience. (You will also have access to the Laundry Room to the back of the property which is home to the washer machine, tumble dryer and clothes dryer.) The Dining Room has 2 patio doors one leads out to the large, private infinity pool and the second leads out to al fresco dining area. Sunshine pours through into this lovely open room and it is a peaceful place to have your first cup of tea! The Dining table comfortably seats 6 and does extend to seat 8, the table and chairs are made of solid reclaimed oak which really suits the rustic feel of the villa. The Lounge is bright with sunshine flowing in through a wall of glass patio doors that lead out onto the main outdoor patio. The room is decorated with a modern Italian lounge suite, fine artwork and solid oak coffee / side tables. The room has a feature fireplace which is heavenly should you visit Cyprus in the cooler months! Of course my husband has given pride of place to a 42’ plasma T.V with surround sound, DVD / CD player, Satellite system and Playstation! We have also ensured our villa has Wi/Fi, so should you have to check emails you can do it from the comfort of home! The patio doors lead out to the main covered verandah which has wicker furniture. There are heavy scents of orange blossom and jasmine in the air the kind of smell where you know that you are going to have a GREAT holiday! The Lounge Verandah truely is a wonderful place to relax on a Summer’s evening with a chilled glass of wine! Completing the ground floor area is a Double Bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The bedroom has cream fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the villa’s terrace. The bathroom is finished with large Italian tiles with mosaic borders, there is a bath with a shower fitted over, toilet and vanity units. The Stairs has beautiful, ornate balustrade and a large window with far reaching views of distant mountains. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms the large master bedroom has a solid oak, king-sized bed with 2 bedside tables and a dressing table. There are fitted cream units which provide plenty of storage space and a stylish ensuite with a double shower, toilet and vanity units. The second bedroom has twin beds, a bedside table, fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room. Both first floor Bedrooms have patio doors which open on to the most STUNNING balcony. This is where you will be WOWED! Prepare yourself for glorious panoramic views of the blue Mediterranean Sea with magnificent mountains as its backdrop. Day or night, the views are spectacular! In the evening watch the distant cruise liners sail by and the twinkling lights of neighbouring villages. We really have tried to think of everything and hope that you enjoy it!
