Villa Aphrodite

This immaculate villa is ideally situated, just 200 metres from the beach of beautiful Pissouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Limassol and Paphos. The villa is decorated to an extremely high standard throughout with modern furnishings. The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable settees and offers a flatscreen TV with Sky Satellite Free to Air package, a DVD and CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, a filter coffee machine and also has a sink. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Patio doors from both the living and dining area lead to terraces and the enclosed garden. On the first floor are the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite shower room and a safety deposit box. There are also two twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have private balconies with open views, sea view. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area, which can be used for both heating and cooling and which are included in the price. A safety deposit box, hairdryer and beach towels are supplied, with a baby cot and highchair available upon request. Wi-fi internet access is also available at a small charge.

Pissouri Village is one of the most attractive, friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It is situated in the principal vine growing area with sultana grape vines covering the surrounding countryside. It's situated just off the main Paphos to Limassol road. It has a unique and attractive chararcter loved by all visitors. Visitors can find almost anything they need in the village. In the centre of the village you will find the village square. It's perfect for a lunch time snack, a gourmet meal or a huge traditional meze . Pissouri Bay is a beautiful blue flag beach a few minutes away from the villa and there you will find plenty of water sports available, some paragliding for those a bit more daring wind and kite surfing lessons available daily.
