Upon entering the villa you will find on the ground floor a modern furnished open plan kitchen/dining and living area, with patio doors leading out to the patio where you will find the villa’s private swimming pool. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven and 4 ring hob, microwave and a washing machine. The living area has a white leather suite comprising one 3 seater settee and one 2 seater settee with coffee table, side tables with table lamps and working fireplace. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV with satellite (limited channels) and a DVD player. Also located on the ground floor is a separate WC. From the ground floor level there are stairs leading down to the lower ground floor, where you will find almost a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment comprising: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, sauna, a separate shower room and an additional open plan living space/kitchen. On the first floor is located the villa’s further 3 bedrooms.The 2 double bedrooms share a balcony, where you can enjoy the wonderful views over open countryside and the Akamas coastline beyond. These 2 bedrooms also share the villa’s second bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, twin bedroom, has its own luxury en suite shower room and private balcony. All 4 bedrooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating. When moving further up on to the villa’s roof terrace (second floor) you will find the private Jacuzzi whirlpool spa bath together with 2 sun beds. From this terrace you can enjoy the views of both the mountains and the sea. To the front of the villa there is private off-street parking for 1 car. To the rear of the villa is the patio area, where you can enjoy the sun on one of the sun beds placed around the private swimming pool (8m x 4m). By the pool there is also a poolside shower. Surrounding the villa there are well stocked flower beds with various flowers and shrubs. The elevated position of the villa makes it a welcome retreat in the hot summer months as the climate is much more comfortable than the coastal resorts and less humid. With breathtaking views that surround the resort, including stunning panoramic ocean and mountain views this property is highly recommended for a truly unforgettable stay.
