Paralimni holiday apartment
The apartment is in Paralimni, a 40 minute drive from Larnaca airport. A quiet area not far from a variety of shops, supermarkets, eateries, pretty town square and beautiful churches. Local beauty spots are Fireman's Beach, Agia Triada, Golden coast beach and Serena Bay. Overlooking the village of Kapparis where there are good restaurants and bars covering most tastes and the usual water sports. The apartment has its own view of Famagusta, Kapparis and Protaras from the roof terrace. Sightseeing trips can be taken to Famagusta & Nicosia. There are lots of boat trips to explore the coastline. The Troodos Mountains to the west of the island are worth a visit. The area offers some of the best beaches on the island with Fig Tree Bay in Protaras and Nissi beach in Agia Napa only a 10 minute drive away. Agia Napa has the old monastery & town square, the beautiful harbour with its seafood restaurants as well as a large water park and the famous night club district.
Holiday house in Pernera
Fantastic house by the sea 2 minutes walk to sea and Taverna located just on the edge of lively Pernera. Private pool huge terrace with built in BBQ under a pergola. Lovely lawned area, ample parking in cul-de-sac all bedrooms have air con, extremely spacious throughout, large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area with table and six chairs. Huge lounge with leather suite, includes TV, DVD, Video, Stereo system sliding doors lead to patio area and pool. Dining room table and six chairs also in lounge. Plenty of garden furniture pool toys etc. Gardener visit once per week and cleaner on departure.

You really don't need a car unless you want to explore further afield.
