With 3 spacious bedrooms comprising a master with en-suite, a second double and a twin room, the villa sleeps up to 6 in luxury, with additional travel cots available for babies.The villa is furnished to an high standard inside and out. You will find all the mod-cons normally expected of a luxury 5* villa here. The villa is of course fully serviced by a management team to cater for any queries you may have or in the unlikely event that you experience a problem.This villa has been furnished to a very high standard. On entering the villa you will find an open plan kitchen, dining & living area. The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. The living area has a large 2 sofa sets and for entertainment there is an LCD television with satellite, surround sound system, DVD player and also selection of DVD's. Also found on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom. Going up the stairs to the second floor you will find the three bedrooms plus a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. The large master bedroom with a double bed has an ensuite shower room and access through patio doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy the views of the coast with the blue seas of the Mediterranean and Central Protaras. The second bedroom has a double bed and shares the balcony with the third bedroom which has twin beds. All bedrooms has a fitted wardrobes. The villa has air conditioning throughout for both cooling & heating. A hairdryer is provided. There is a baby cot and highchair available on request. Outside there is private parking. Surrounding the pool you will find sunbeds and under the shade of big sun umbrella you will find another table and chairs where you can experience al-fresco dining. There is also a large portable barbecue.
