3 Double bedrooms all en-suite sleeps 6 Situated on top of an escarpment with stunning views over Peyia, Coral Bay, Paphos (far distance) and coastline. The villa is set in an exclusive and individual development high on a hill with uninterrupted views. It is furnished to a high standard for owners use and includes 42' LCD TV, Sky, and DVD player. It is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating (when required). A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven, iron and ironing board. Outside in the landscaped gardens there is a BBQ area and terraces, pool shower, pool with loungers, patio furniture beneath a covered terrace and parasol, carport and drying area. Pahos airport is approx 30 min drive. The village of Peyia has a good selection of bars a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery. Nearby Coral Bay also has a selection of fine restaurants and bars. Paphos is a 20 min drive and has a lovely harbour and promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants for all.

Situated in the hills of Peyia, the villa is only a short drive from Coral Bay which has lovely beaches. The Akamas Peninsular, where green turtles are protected and hatched on the beaches, is about 40 min drive, a 4 wheel drive car is recommended. The Troodos mountains are very scenic, with spectacular views and lovely picnic areas, approx 45 min drive and the resort of Latchi, which is famous for its fish restaurants, is 45 min away. Adonis baths is a 15 min drive and has a very deep mountain pool, which is cool and refreshing in the heat of the day. Aphrodite's pool is also close by and is free to enter but no bathing is allowed. You can drink the water and legend says you will become 10 years younger. In Papho itself, there are the tombs of the Kings and the famous mosaics. The promenade, around the harbour, is very popular amongst the locals.
