The Villa is situated on a luxury private development off the main road which runs into Protaras resort centre. Panera Bay is approx 5/10 mins walk below the development. Paralimni Town is approx 5/10 mins drive away. Kaparice is 5 mins drive away. Once leaving the development and turning left, the resort centre begins, there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops lining the way until you arrive 5 mins later into the main strip. Here you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Below in Panera, the resort is slightly quieter and hosts 2 of our favourite restaurants. Fig Tree bay is approx 5 mins drive away but can also be reached along the beautiful coastal route. There are local supermarkets, hire shops etc within a five minute radius of the villa.
